Step into this 100 year old charming designer home in the historic McClellan Park neighborhood close to everything Sarasota has to offer. Take a quick ride over to the North Bridge and make your way onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the country or stay home and relax while enjoying a glass of your beverage of choice on the private secluded deck. Walk or rent a bike and explore the boutiques, bars and amazing restaurants in the Southside Village and stop in for a scoop of ice-cream before heading home. 

The home boasts a large living area perfect for family movie night or game night. Enjoy the super comfy sofa and love seat while watching the large smart TV situated over the original fireplace, and put your feet up after a long day at the beach!

The Primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed, a large closet, and a TV for extra relaxation. A ceiling fan tops this room off for a cool comfortable rest. This room is equipped with two closets and an en suite. 

The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a spacious closet and lots of extra storage. This room also has a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night.

The sun room is perfect for the kids or relaxing on the daybed with a book while enjoying the thoughtful touches of the built in bookcases. This room also has an antique desk for work and plenty of room for storage.

The dining area is one of our favorite parts of the home.  The trendy wallpaper draws you in and the cozy table and décor will keep your senses elevated throughout your meal.  This room boasts a set of French doors that open up to the outside deck/patio.  There is another dining area for you to enjoy an al fresco evening. 

The kitchen has everything you will need. A microwave, stainless steel oven, fridge and dishwasher make your vacation even easier. We provide a Keurig coffee maker, a tea kettle and most kitchen essentials.  

There are two bathrooms one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a standard shower. Each bathroom is equipped with plenty of fluffy towels and bath products.
For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer available on the property.

The SMART TV's do not have cable! Please use your personal Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc. to watch your favorite shows and movies.

I will provide you with a Personalized access code a few days prior to arrival.

We live super close to the property and are available for anything you need during your stay.

We love this property because of its proximity to the beach and downtown Sarasota. The location is fabulous! So close to everything you could need. Walk to dinner on a beautiful Sarasota evening or catch a ride and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. You will love it here  🍍🍍
