Step into this completely remodeled designer home close to everything Sarasota has to offer. The home boasts a large living area perfect for family movie night, a fun game room equipped with our favorite family board games, three large bedrooms, a large screened lanai and much much more!
Take a quick car ride to one of the most beautiful beaches in the country, Siesta Key, or stay home and relax while enjoying a glass of wine on the lanai. The spacious, private fenced-in backyard provides plenty of room for family games or sunbathing and the fire pit will be a family favorite with room for everyone to pull up a chair. Enjoy the stars and relax while the kids cook s'mores over the wide fire-pit.
The primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed, slider to the lanai, a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a TV for extra relaxation. This suite is separated from the main room by a pocket door, and has a beautifully remodeled ensuite featuring a soaking tub, double vanity, and a modern tiled shower.
The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, spacious walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. The third “bunk room” bedroom has twin-XL bunk beds, a separate twin-XL bed and a large closet for storage. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are separated from the main room by a pocket door and share a large hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms are equipped with plenty of fluffy towels and travel size bath products. For your convenience, there is also a full size washer and dryer available on the property.
The kitchen boasts a fifteen foot island and is equipped with everything you will need to create amazing family dinners. A stainless steel oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher will make your vacation even easier. Because of the amazing open floor plan, you can be in the kitchen and still enjoy the festivities with the rest of the family. The breakfast bar comfortably seats four and the vintage dining table seats six. If you prefer to dine al fresco, the dining table in the lanai seats six with extra chairs available to pull in.

From the ultra cozy furnishings, to the high-end mattresses and linens, to the completely stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking and serving your family dinner, you’ll feel the attention to detail, and immediately feel relaxed and recharged.

We live super close to the property and are available for anything you need during your stay. We love this property because of its proximity to the beach and downtown Sarasota. The location is fabulous! It has everything you could need for an incredible family vacation. We especially love the family game room and the comfy sectional on the lanai. Can't wait for you to enjoy it all yourself!
