🍍 IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

We want every guest to have a wonderful stay while helping us keep Solara Cove beautiful for years to come!

🐾 No Pets: Solara Cove is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the condo. Smoking indoors will result in a $250 fine plus additional remediation costs.

👥 Maximum Occupancy: Four guests.

🎂 Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

🕓 Check-In: 4:00 PM. You'll receive a personalized four-digit smart-lock code before arrival.

🌅 Check-Out: 10:00 AM. Your access code will automatically expire at checkout. Late checkout is not available.

🧳 Luggage Storage: We're unable to store luggage before check-in or after checkout.

📦 Forgotten Items: While we're not responsible for items left behind, we're happy to help return an item if found. A $25 handling fee plus shipping costs applies.

🛺 Golf Cart Restrictions: Runaway Bay permits gas-powered golf carts only. Electric golf carts are not permitted within the community and may be unplugged or cited by the HOA.
