As you pull up to this wooded oasis you will notice the natural vegetation that gives complete privacy to this newly renovated home where every detail has been thought of for the perfect vacation.  The cool coastal vibe is sure to impress even the most discerning guests.  

Step into this completely remodeled, designer home close to everything Sarasota has to offer. Take an easy five mile car ride to one of the most beautiful beaches in the country or stay home and relax while enjoying a glass of wine on the screened in lanai and cool off in the over sized private pool. The spacious backyard provides plenty of room for family games or sunbathing. The home boasts a large living area perfect for family movie night or game night.

The Outdoor area is a fan-favorite of the house. There is a huge pool equipped with tons of pool toys. The large lanai boasts a large sectional, two comfy lounge chairs, a bar-table that seats four and a new grill. This is the perfect place to spend afternoons after a morning at the beach! The backyard is like your own private jungle to explore and connect with nature or relax by the fire pit on a chilly evening. 

The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed, a large closet, and a TV for extra relaxation. A ceiling fan tops this room off for a cool comfortable rest. The second and third bedrooms have comfy queen beds, spacious closets and lots of extra storage. These rooms also have a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. Both the master bathroom and guest bath have been completely remodeled and include trendy tile, solid surface countertops and high end plumbing fixtures. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo while the master bath features a standard glass shower. Each bathroom is equipped with plenty of fluffy towels and bath products

The living space is your relaxation spot for your trip. Enjoy the super comfy sofa and the huge smart TV and put your feet up after a long day at the beach! Try on the diver helmet for a fun Insta picture.

The dining room boasts a large sliding glass door that leads right to the lanai and sparkling pool. The handmade dining table seats six and is perfect for a family dinner.

The updated kitchen has everything you will need for a perfect stay. A stainless steel oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher make your vacation even easier. You have a beautiful view of the jungle-like back yard and pool from the kitchen window. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer available on the property.

The SMART TV's do not have cable! Please use your personal Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc. to watch your favorite shows and movies. I will provide you with a Personalized access code a few days prior to arrival. We live super close to the property and are available for anything you need during your stay. We love this property because of its proximity to the beach, downtown Sarasota and Venice. The location is fabulous! So close to everything you could need. We also love the large pool and huge backyard yard. It's a fun, private home we know you will enjoy!🍍
