The home is  located a short distance from all the best of Sarasota. Near shops/restaurants in Southside Village, downtown, and Pinecraft (a quaint Amish village) . Only 5 miles to Siesta Key and Lido Key! Our home is outfitted with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway or escape from winter: a chef's kitchen, ultra high-speed Wi-Fi (great for digital nomads), and amazing screened lanai!

Interior space is complimented by a large screened lanai. The rear of the property also includes a private deck and hammock under swaying palms.

Guests have access to the entire property during their stay, including a well-appointed kitchen and laundry complete with full-size, front-loading washer and dryer.

Our property manager is available for any questions or concerns during your stay. I am happy to answer any questions you have leading up to your booking! Access to the home is by smart lock, so you’re welcome to check in whenever is most convenient for you.

Arlington Park is a leafy, quiet neighborhood situated "East of Trail", proximate to downtown and Southside Village. This neighborhood combines the best of location and serenity.

The Palm & Pine is 6 miles from the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. We are located near a SCA bus stop, and we are well-served by ride share services like Uber and Lyft. Walkable from the house are a Publix grocery store, many shops/restaurants, and access to Arlington Park, Payne Park, and the soon-to-be completed Legacy Trail.

Linens, bath towels, beach towels, and paper products are provided. A charcoal grill is available for use.

Four beach chairs and an umbrella are also available for guests.
